- Sno Cones By Chris. From Palmetto Bay Rd/Hwy 278 W, at the last stoplight before the Cross Island Expy, turn right onto Arrow Rd. Take the first left onto Helmsman Way. Drive until road ends at the parking lot for Palmetto Bay Marina. On the left-hand side of the building containing the restaurants is a paved pathway leading to the boats and docks. The shop is on the left side of the pathway, across from the Harbormaster Office and Palmetto Bay Watersports.

The sno cones are more like shaved ice than sno cones, but the real attraction here is Chris's LEGO creations! Replicas of the Statue of Liberty, the Titanic, the London Bridge, Eiffel Tower, and many more. He has creations that move, creates portraits, and has more neat stuff than you can take in on one visit.
