Followed up on a blurb on this website and finally found the railroad cars on the lot in downtown Houston, corner of Pease and Dowling Streets, roughly east of downtown. Busy intersection and semi-dangerous, near freeways. Great fencing, colorful "woman" statue in front, and a sign, reading "Tim Hootman, Lawyer' with phone number.[Michi Vojta, 08/09/2003]
Near the Flower Man House in Houston, TX are two properties that deserve attention when you're in the neighborhood. At 2402 Pease St., Houston, TX 77003-5238, there is a lot that features three brightly painted railroad cars. We asked Cleveland "Flower Man" Turner if he knew anything about it. He said that he was aware of the railroad cars but didn't know the people in charge of the property.
