Hidden Bull Statue

A full-size, anatomically-complete statue of a bull is hiding in the financial/legal area of downtown Frederick. I don't know why this statue is where it is; you'd think it would be more prominently displayed. My only guess is that this extremely accurate rendering of a bull -- it's definitely not a steer -- might be slightly embarrassing.
