- From Summersville drive south on US-19 for six miles. Turn west at the stoplight onto WV-129. Drive a quarter-mile. Turn right at the Summersville Lake Retreat sign. You'll see the lighthouse ahead, on the right.

Family has been by here many times and never saw this lighthouse. You can climb, but we came at dusk and they were already closed. We walked around and stretched our legs before getting back on the road.
