Grave of the Toll Road Dog As previously reported, Shep's grave was recently moved to the Broomfield Depot Museum grounds due to progress and construction on the interchange. All the gravestones, ironwork, gravel, and flags were replaced next to the old depot exactly as they were on Interstate 36. After watching a TV report on this story, I believe the mystery person who decorated and cared for Shep's grave all these years is the very same lady who spearheaded his re-interment.
