World's Largest Hockey Stick and Puck Super large hockey stick and puck on the side of a building. A must see for any hockey fan.
[Lise, 10/04/2009]The world's largest hockey stick and puck are fastened to the east side of the Cowichan Community Centre. The stick was created for Expo 86 in Vancouver and somehow ended up in Duncan. The installation gave the town its moniker, "The Little Town that Pucked Up." Duncan actually likes to style itself as the "City of Totems," so after you've seen the giant hockey stick, you might want to visit Downtown Duncan for a walking tour to see all the totem poles and the many coffee shops.
