A "man fish," two-headed animals, and a mummified cat were among the featured exhibits. The museum was in a former mortuary with a drive-thru window. It closed Feb. 2020.

- At the Old State House Museum. On the south shore of the Arkansas River. I-30 exit 141A, drive west a couple of blocks, turn right (north) onto Cumberland St. and then quickly turn left (west) onto Markham St. At the corner of Markham and Center Sts, on the right.

- Pine Bluff Convention Center. Southeast side of downtown. From US-65 BUS/Martha Mitchell Expy turn south at the stoplight onto S. Texas St. Drive a half-mile. Turn left onto E. 8th Ave. You'll see the Convention Center on the right; drive past it and turn right, then right again onto E. 10th Ave. You'll soon see the Convention Center entrance on the right. The Hall of Fame is in the auditorium lobby.
