- North side of the city. From US Hwy 180/N. Fort Valley Rd turn west at the Shell station onto W. Navajo Rd. Drive one block. At the stop sign turn left onto Hopi Drive/ N. Bonito St., then immediately turn right onto N. Thorpe Rd, then immediately turn left into the parking lot. Park as close to the big building as you can. The tree is along the back side of the big building (right side when viewed from the parking lot), between the building and a pond. It's a stunted evergreen; the wooden Moon Tree sign is next to it, mounted on a short pole.

Pluto, yes, the planet Pluto, was discovered right here! There's a neat Pluto sculpture with a kaleidoscope out front. To go inside was $11 per adult in April 2016. There's a great art cat sculpture out front too!
[ChrissyF, 04/06/2016]One of two mighty lumberjacks at NSU, this Bunyan may be the world's first Muffler Man. He stands on the grounds outside the Skydome arena, and was briefly seen in the 1960s film "Easy Rider."

- J. Lawrence Walkup Skydome. I-40 exit 195 onto I-17, then quick first right exit onto McConnell Drive. The Walkup Skydome will be on your right; the Muffler Man stands just outside the entrance.
