Ruth Bader Ginsburg Mural
New York, New York
Mural of the late Supreme Court justice painted in Nov. 2020 by artist "Elle." The mural's cut-and-paste decoupage-style enabled the artist to add fragments -- sometimes tiny -- of many other images, all in some way relevant to Ruth Bader Ginsburg. They include the Brooklyn Bridge; the Contemplation of Justice statue outside the Supreme Court; black-eyed susans (her favorite flower); and The Notorious B.I.G., whose name spawned Ginsburg's "Notorious RBG" moniker.
Elle never provided a complete list of all of the mural's painted references. You'll just have to try to spot them all.
