World's Largest Peanut While visiting Ft. Washita, Oklahoma, we saw signs proclaiming the "World's Largest Peanut." I thought it would be a real peanut, an agricultural freak. Instead, we found a cast aluminum peanut perched atop a stone monument. We still laugh about this ridiculous monument. Here is a picture of me (I'm the guy in the Amish hat) and a family friend, Alex.

World's Largest Peanut While driving through Oklahoma, I came across the World's Largest Peanut in front of the city hall at the quiet city of Durant. Aside from the Peanut, the only memorable thing about Durant was that a truck driving on the wrong side of the road ran me and a mini-van off the highway.
