- I-75 to Mt Zion Road (exit 178). West on Mt Zion Road. At US 42, Mt. Zion Road turns into Hathaway Road (KY 536). Keep going straight; this road (KY 536) eventually becomes Rabbit Hash Road. It then intersects with East Bend Road (KY 338) and Rabbit Hash Hill Road. Take Rabbit Hash Hill Road down toward the River where it intersects with Lower River Road. Take the left fork which crosses a little bridge to get to the General Store.

Rabbit Hash, Kentucky - Rabbit Hash General Store A working general store since 1831. Located at a bend in the Ohio River, great view from the bank. The store often has live music. Town used to have an community yard sale but it's been canceled until further notice. The store is also on the National Historic Register.
Another weird note, the mayor of Rabbit Hash is a dog named "Junior". Elections were held after the previous mayor "Goofy" was euthanized. [Kate Smith, 06/07/2007]
