Visitor Tips and News About Carhenge
The state of Nebraska has made some alterations in their highway system! Carhenge is no longer located on Hwy. 385. It's now on Hwy. 87, 2 1/2 miles north of Alliance. If you can find a local "Nebraska Panhandle" tourist map, the roads are correct; the 2000 State of Nebraska highway map is incorrect. Also when in the area, do be sure to check out the "rest stop" located 1/2 to 1 mile further north from Carhenge.[Nola, 08/29/2000]
Carhenge Art Reserve
