Restored 1930s Texaco Gas Station
The Ambler-Becker Station has been the Dwight Route 66 Visitor Center since 2007. Outside is a vintage-looking billboard and non-functioning gas pumps. Inside you'll find a lot of tools and equipment from the old days of the roadside gas station. There's also a plywood service station attendant with a head hole cut out where you can put your face, a 1914 Model T Ford fire truck, and some big maps that you can stick a pin in to show where you're from.
