Full-Color Shriner Statue
Not that it's too odd, but it's a 20 foot tall statue outside the Shriner's temple.[T. Bruce, 05/26/2014]
It's a very large, retro statue of a shriner, a symbolic advertisement. I think it's from the 1950s or '60s because the actual detail in the faces is really crude upon close inspection. The little girl looks like an 80-year-old woman when you stand right next to her. That's what makes me think these molds were rescued or restored.[Joe Young, 10/05/2012]
A little sick girl in vintage dress; the Shriner holds her crutches in his right hand. There's a similar statue, also outside a Shrine Temple, in Louisville, Kentucky.
