Camlann Medieval Village

Stopped by on Sunday afternoon and learned that there is a five dollar entrance fee and dogs are not welcome. Looks very interesting!

Camlann Medieval Village

Camlann Village. First, cash or check only. No credit or debit cards in 1376 England!

The staff was fun, some even spoke in their British characters. We joined in and tried to "speak British" too! There was an archer and he let us hold the bow and arrows and was amazing at answering questions.

We ate at the Boar Hede -- they do not have a full menu on non-festival days. It was a poor man porridge served on half a bread slice, apples, pears and cheese. The food was decent and about $10 a person. Fun for the experience.

We stayed around 2 hours and that was plenty of time to see everything. Clean restrooms too!
