Completed on September 9th, this original Muffler Man has a new coat of paint and is looking sharp as ever! Auto Muffler King He looks to be original, and still painted the original colors. Strangest of all, he's actually outside a muffler shop (AUTO MUFFLER KING) holding a muffler! He stands tall on Jefferson Ave. (5900 hundred block, I believe) about 1 mile south of Mercury Blvd. [Fred Mayer, 11/06/1997][RA: March 2005: Reported still there. June 1998: Confirmed by Bill Lynn - "He has a red shirt, blue pants and a steely smirk. I noticed on him and on several pictures what appear to be buttons for suspenders on the waistband of his trousers. Were suspenders an option?"]
