Cleveland, Ohio - Dittrick Museum of Medical History

This small museum is located on the third floor of the Allen Memorial Medical Library. There are a couple offices to the side of the exhibits but we were left to wander at will. Some exhibits are innocuous, such as the early nurse uniforms, while others may induce a little sqeamishness (my faves: photo of horse tied down, cut made to measure blood pressure in 8' tube; trepanation items; early obstetrical equipment). Directions: Corner of Euclid and Adelbert. Go in entrance on Euclid, head to the elevator down hall to the left. Hit button marked museum and follow signs.
