- East edge of the city. I-190 exit 21A. Drive east on the LaSalle Expy for one mile. Take the exit toward NY-384 S./Buffalo Ave. Go through the stop sign and continue paralleling the freeway for one mile. Turn left (no stoplight) onto 102nd St. Cross under the freeway and north into Love Canal.
