Dr. Wendell Hansen's Bible Bird Show

Caught a performance of the Bible Bird Show last week. Wendell looked like he was in good shape. When I had called their home in Noblesville a couple of years ago he had pneumonia and his wife said they would call me when they began to perform again -- it looks like he's recovered and back at work.

The performance I attended was at a local church in Noblesville, Indiana. When I arrived I noticed the Bible Bird van parked in the Church parking lot. The son and Eunice were assisting. Wendell sang but not Eunice at this particular show. I have a feeling he probably doesn't vary the shows by much. One of my favorite parts of the performance was when he had a bird put a coin in a toy church roof and then used that as a transition point to start the passing of the church offering plate.
