Bullet-Riddled Death Marker of Pretty Boy Floyd
The marker is at the R/C Model Aircraft field at Beaver Creek State Park, on Sprucevale Road north of the Group Camping Area at Gretchens Lock, where there are public restrooms available, seasonally. A few miles north on Sprucevale, then left on Echo Dell Road leads to the main public area with scheduled programs and some really nice trails along with more public restrooms. Fair warning: Echo Dell Road is narrow and winding and crosses Beaver Creek on a one lane bridge. The views can be amazing and there is no usage fee to enter the park, hike and sightsee.
