Glenn Stone - Muffler Man

This giant has seen better days, but you gotta get close to really tell. His face looks like it's been split down the middle down into his shirt, and there are bullet holes sprayed across his back and on his arm.

[Kayti McMyermick, 11/12/2017]

The bullet holes may in fact just be old rivets poking through the fiberglass, but whatever they are they should be repaired.

Glenn Stone - Muffler Man

Just wanted to pass on that the Tucson Paul Bunyan got a sorely needed paint job a few months ago. Looks like they used automotive paint, as he's rather shiny.

Muffler Man - Ax Stolen!

Paul Bunyan's double sided ax has been stolen. Visited 11/23/2009 and the ax was missing.

[S Winston, 12/01/2009]

This Muffler Man has been here since 1964, when he was erected by Leo Toia, whose family still runs the Hot Rod Shop. At times he's been dressed as Santa, and once as a member of ZZ Top.
