I was expecting to see the once shabby muffler man of Washington, Ga. when I pulled up. But, to my surprise he had been repainted and is looking great!

The Muffler Man of Washington still stands, though the business he's in front of, Dayton Tires, looks long closed. There is a Christmas tree up inside. Also, nearby is the Biscuit Man visited by Alton Brown in "Feasting on Asphalt" (Behind the McDonald's up the road).
