Muffler Man The Muffler Man of Washington still stands, though the business he's in front of, Dayton Tires, looks long closed. There is a Christmas tree up inside. Muffler Man Just wanted to let you know that there is now a muffler man in my home town. He only recently appeared, about a year ago, and is located in front of a tire store on Robert Toombs Avenue across from Washington-Wilkes Elementary School.
