Space Aliens Grill & Bar
Cool place. Good sweet potato fries. A lot of fun on a cold, rainy night.
[James, 04/25/2014]Space Alien Grill
Fun restaurant in Fargo ND with a space theme. The layout is unique with a bar, arcade, and family restaurant. Prices were pretty cheap.
[Brad Anderson, 04/02/2010]Space Alien's Grill & Bar, located in Fargo, ND and Bismarck, ND, is a fascinating restaurant. There's a "crater" in the center of the dining area, with more tables along the rim. When you look up, you see a day-glo universe scene offset by black lights. Everywhere you look is covered in alien artifacts, from the official "Space Invaders" mirrors in the bathrooms to the stuffed greymen to the tabloid articles framed and hung at the tables. If you do ever happen to visit, might I suggest "The Planet Of The Zombies Taco Burger" -- I kid you not. The french fries come in a cardboard cone bearing the Space Alien's Grill & Bar Logo (i kept mine for a souvenir) that is held upright by some sort of wire contraption.

Update - November 2006: Restaurant Ralph reports a new location in Albertville, MN. May 2004: Joe Hauge reports a new location open in Waite, Minnesota. Craig Thom visited the one in Bismarck in 2001, and reported: "an impressive number of SF toys in display cases, and Space Invaders glass for mirrors in the mens room, but there were too many children (both as customers and employees), and the beer selection sucked, so I didn't stay."
