Downtown Eugene Brown
The sculpture is in the midst of a safe, busy college downtown. I ended up parking 3 to 4 blocks east on Pugh St. Paid parking meters but if you have the ParkMobile app you'll be okay. Not far from a Starbucks on the same street.
