Celina, Ohio - Chips-N-Giggles - Cow Patties While-U-Eat Restaurant on st. rte. 127 in Celina Ohio is a cow themed restaurant. They even have a limo with a giant cow on top! Hilarious! Inside the dining room there is the back end of a cow coming out of the wall that shoots cow patties out of...well, you know...hahaha. totally one original place to go. [missi newbauer, 08/09/2003]
