Absolutely fantastic! World's largest key collection with specimens from all over the world. Keys from famous places and familiar faces. We stopped by there and heard some great stories from members of the local historical society. Our three teenage kids loved it, too! Guests are invited to leave a key of their own (which of course, we did). And the Key Room is free! If you are interested in history...or keys...or oddballs bits of trivia, This stop is well worth your while!

[Dorrie McPhetridge, 07/13/2010]Interesting museum, and the inn is haunted. There is also an excellent restaurant there that serves only soups, salads, muffins and six different types of homemade pies.
[Dorrie McPhetridge, 06/21/2010]The Baldpate Inn has a collection of over 20,000 keys on display. Visitors and guests have been contributing to the collection since WW I. Keys from Westminster Abby, Mozart's wine cellar, the Pentagon and even Frankenstein's castle adorn the key room.
