Giant Voyageur Man
Giant statue of Mountain Man not wearing any pants! Looks like he's wearing leg warmers and moccasins, but NO PANTS!
He's next to a small motel, imagine looking at that thing when you get up in the morning. He's on a parking lot, no signs or anything to tell you who he is. He just stands there facing the highway in town.

We've seen this racy guy in Two Harbors before, in front of the old Voyageur Motel. The statue is a "Voyageur," a typical French trader who traveled by canoe in the region before white settlers arrived in force. His name is Pierre, 20-ft. tall and molded in fiberglass. He once held a large canoe paddle. A number of other Voyageur statues can be found in northern Minnesota.
