Clinton Rock - Behind Mount Rushmore Leaving Hill City KOA and going to Mount Rushmore on hwy 244, just past Wrinkled Rock and Horse Thief Lake, you can't help but notice -- clustered in a rock formation -- Slick Wille's willie. Too embarrassing to place up front with the other great Presidents of our country.
