A Bunyan Muffler Man is located at the south service road around mile marker 204 on hwy 70 west of Wentzville. Holding a sign that says "No job too big."
[Liz, 09/30/2011]About your Wentzville MO Muffler Man. He stands on the South side of Interstate 70 easily visible near the Wentzville city limits. He has a lumberjack type head and his right arm is raised and fully extended like "greeting" arm depicted in other photos. He was obscured from the chest down because when I saw him on 10/14/98 he was standing behind a semi trailer, but is wearing a red shirt.
[Rob Kern, 10/15/1998]There is a muffler man getting ready to make a move -- either going on vacation or preparing for invasion. His movements should be closely monitored (we are headed in the other direction). Some other concerned soul will have to track him from here. On I-70, near the 76 truck stop at Foristell Missouri there is a salvage yard. On the back of a flat bed truck, strapped in for the ride, stands a full fledged Muffler Man. Saw him on May 21, 1998, so he is moving, folks. Keep your eyes open!
