The Indian still stands on platform behind the north end zone of the stadium. He faces the stadium and is best photographed from the top bleachers in the north end zone. He is very difficult to see from the street. The school is fenced.

The McEachern High School class of 1973 gave the Indian as their gift back to the school when they graduated that year. They bought it from Tabor Pontiac, a new car dealership located on Peachtree St. in Buckhead.
[Philip Morris, 03/16/2009]The "Muffler Man" that is said to be at McEachern High School is not a M.M. It was built in the 1950s (or slightly later) because they are the Indians. The arm is in a "Hitler Salute" as the students call it. I can see how someone would get confused on that, though!
