World's Largest Pecan This roadside attraction is nuts! It really cracked us up! Nut humor aside, it was a pretty neat sight on our cross country road trip. The only disappointing thing is there were no postcards or t-shirts to be had to commemorate this fantastic world wonder.

[Joe S., 04/01/2012]A fire Tuesday gutted a hardware store and two other businesses directly across the street from the giant pecan statue in Seguin, Texas. The fire was stopped before leaping across the street, where it might have consumed the county courthouse AND the pecan.
