- The statue is the centerpiece of the small Molly Maguire Historic Park. I-81 exit 131B. Drive west on Hwy 54/Vulcan Hill Rd for 2.5 miles. Vulcan Hill Rd becomes Centre St. in town. The statue will be on the left, three blocks past Main St., on the southeast corner of W. Centre and Catawissa Sts.

I visited this the same day I visited the courthouse where the Mollies were tried, and the grave of my great great grandfather, whom they murdered, along with many, many others. These gangsters got what they deserved, and the idea they deserve a monument is disgusting.
[Big Leo, 05/25/2012]Very easy to miss! Surrounded by brick walls and right next to the fire station. Drove by it about 5 times before seeing it.
[Christian Wachowiak, 11/20/2011]The park is small, easy to miss as you drive by. Parking is available on the street. Although it was 90 degrees and sunny I felt the eerie chill often associated with haunted areas. There are a number of plaques summarizing the story of the Molly Maguires and also a partial listing of those killed during the violent times.
An interesting note: The dedication marker lists "Sir Sean Connery" as chairman of the advisory committee. He had a starring role in the movie The Molly Maguires, a fictionalized account of the story told here.
