The Muffler Man was completely refurbished with new paint, etc., upon arrival in Tucson from Rapid City, SD. Since he arrived right before Christmas 2015, he was immediately dressed in Santa Claus attire, and again for Christmas 2016. He will be changed into it every year. Throughout the rest of the year he is dressed for digging ditches while representing our great University of Arizona.[Cummings Plumbing, 02/16/2017]
