Austinburg, Ohio - Large Rocking Chair This hefty Boston Rocker is along the edge of the parking lot for a furniture store on Highway 45 north of town. Seat is about 8 ft off the ground; we'd guess height at 18-20 ft. tall. Not the biggest rocking chair in the land, but decent enough for Ohio travelers between the Ashtabula train wreck monuments and the One and Only Presidential Museum. Austinburg, Ohio - Large Rocking Chair Claims to be the world's largest wooden rocking chair. Featured by Neal Zurcker. You would need a long ladder to get to the "seat."
