Rest Stop Tiny Church - Eastbound I found the Wayside Chapel interesting for several reasons. First, there are two identical chapels built on either side of I-90. Second, the chapels are located towards the back of an Interstate rest area. From the literature inside, travelers are invited to sit down and reflect for a while before getting back on the road. The chapels were constructed by a larger church in [Corsica, SD], and the literature made it sound like services were held in the little chapels occasionally on Sundays for passersby. Exterior measurements were guesstimated at 8 feet by 10 feet. Three rows of chairs on the inside complete with an altar in the front.
