Bowden had a long career as the cartoonist for the Pensacola News Journal. He died in 2015, and his bronze statue was unveiled in 2019. You can sit on a stool and pose as if Earle is caricaturing you.

We found this while in down town. The sculptures is very interesting with the sketch on the tablet saying "Charge Ahead Pensacola" on a flag being held by a couple running.
