I am a field adjuster and had never been in this part of Florida. While driving down the road what did I see? A complete restored Gulf station! Pumps, water hoses, bays, signs, even a Coke machine. The attention to detail is amazing. I almost expected Goober to come popping out! I have never seen a complete restoration in the middle of a town like this before.
If you are on the I-10 between Pensacola and Tallahassee it is well worth the 20 minutes to get off the interstate and see this site!

A Gulf gasoline station that has been restored to the way it looked in the 1950s, complete with vintage pumps and signs. As far as I know it it not open for business. It looks cool, though.
