- Cameron Park Zoo. From US-84, just south of the Brazos River, turn west onto 4th St. Drive three-quarters of a mile. Turn right (no stoplight) into the zoo. The parking lot will be on the left; the sculpture is in front of the Zoo entrance building.

- Waco, Texas - Waco Suspension Bridge and Cattle Drive Sculptures
Waco's 1870 suspension bridge was the longest single-span suspension bridge west of the Mississippi when it opened. It was built with cable supplied by the John Roebling Co., which later built the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City. Crucial to traders and travelers for over a century, the bridge is an icon of Waco history and is the centerpiece of many community festivals and events.

[Cindy Cohrt, 05/08/2023]Built in someone's yard, it includes a jail, saloon, general store, and several large cacti. One display, "The Last Trespassers," is of a buzzard picking over a pair skeletons. Stay on the public side of the property fence.

- I-35 exit at Valley Mills. Drive northwest about 1.5 miles. Turn right onto Franklin Ave. Drive to 35th St. Turn left, then turn right onto Austin Ave. Darwin will be on your left.
Standing tall, albeit in need of a cleaning on one side (It's identical on both sides except one side has the soldier's sheathed sword). The parking lot has tons of bad potholes, so travel slow.
