Built in 1936, this is where Paramahansa Yogananda -- the founder of the nonprofit spiritual organization Self-Realization Fellowship -- spent many hours writing his timeless classic Autobiography of a Yogi. Inviting quiet reflection, the site is threaded with scenic walkways with ocean views.
