This museum takes the position that you can't spell "energy" in Texas without O-I-L. Outside stands a statue of four slightly misshapen businessmen, turned green with age.

Texas Energy Museum
The museum was dedicated on Jan 10, 1990. The lower floor covers all aspects of oil production, including locating, drilling, capturing, and refining. The upper floor contains oil memorabilia to such as old gas pumps and station signs, and several early model transport vehicles. A very nice museum, so worthy of a visit.
