Would highly recommend going to this restaurant for the atmosphere and just to say you've seen it! [Chris Key, 10/25/2010]
Mammy's Cupboard Wonderful food at Mammy's Cupboard. Be sure to get some banana caramel pie and blueberry lemonade. [Ritch E Southard, 08/21/2010]
If you like good home cooking, it's a great stop but beware it is usually busy! You may share a table and make some new friends. My oldest son loves to look for her, every time! Sometimes, we just carry-out our pie and drink. [Connie A, 08/30/2006]
[RA: October 2009: Tiffany advises: "Get there early if you want any pie, as they run out quickly!"]
Mammy - Not Painted White The reports were wrong. Mammy is a mocha color! I took a swing by Natchez this week from Florida and
the mega mammy is far from "lily white". I zoomed in on her face for confirmation. Under her dress is a
gift shop with a restaurant located in back. A women at the tourist information center swore (in her deepest
southern accent) it was the best food in town. A smaller and more dark skinned mammy sign in the
parking lists hours and gift ideas. Mammy's Cupboard is closed on Sunday and Monday and is still run by the
Gaude family. [Steve / Back on Tack, 10/06/2001]
