Outside of the club Shooters in the Flats district of Cleveland is a bust of Viking Explorer Leif Ericson, in honor of his establishment of the first settlement in North America. The bust was erected by the Scandinavian community of Northeast Ohio.

- Follow Main Ave. north, beneath the elevated Expressway, until it ends at the Cuyahoga River. Turn left into the Shooters parking lot and drive all the way back to the elevated drawbridge. The bust is there.
While visiting I traced over the "Singing Road" sign to make it more legible, and put a white mark on the road where the rumble strip begins.

- Directions:
- West of town. I-40 exit 170, then drive east about 3.5 miles on Hwy 333/Route 66. Between mileposts 4 and 5, shortly after Route 66 crosses to the south side of I-40. The road is only musical driving eastbound. Look for the "pass with care" sign and a spray-painted spot on the road where the music begins. The rumble strip is narrow and easy to miss with your tire.

Located on Route 66. We are currently building the world's largest flip flop. It measures 40 feet long by 15 feet wide and is the equivalent of a men's size 166 1/2. Our handmade/antique/Route 66 gift shop will be open soon. We are so excited to finally have our own attraction for people to come and visit!

- Fountain City, Wisconsin - Kinstone (and a Stonehenge)
30 acres of stone sculpture, natural buildings, and restored prairie. Includes a stone replica of Stonehenge, a number of unique sculptures, and other unusual structures. It can take a couple of hours to explore the entire site.

This museum, in the back of a store (with an admission price), showcases a collection of over 350 seafarer and pirate artifacts spanning the 17th to 19th centuries. Dummies in elaborate pirate outfits enliven the displays. Also here: Blackbeard's Closet of Curiosities, a collection of oddities from all over the world.
